Hi folks, thanks for the work on the Doctor Who topics! I'm from the BBC and am playing around with how things might help us build interesting things with the data (not really officially at the moment though).
For your work on fictional universes, check out
a paper written by an ex-colleague a few years ago
on how relationships between characters, places and episodes could be modelled in a semantic way.
The paper was mainly written about soap operas, but the topics therein should apply to other fictional storyline-based shows (and even books, films etc).
Hopefully it will trigger off a few ideas..!
