This really would be a Fashion Domain I think, with Clothing/Shoes/Handbags/Jewelry/Accessories sub-domains.

And you've got a good start on Fashion Clothing.

Construction techniques/methods? (You may have already covered in embellishment and some others, but they all would come under this property I think)

Is this a Fitted, Bespoke, Off the rack garment?

Design influences? Past designers like Chanel, Baroque France, English Hunt, etc.

Market: Patterned (ie. DIY construction from pattern); Ready-to-Wear (local clothing chain retail store lines, Wallmart/Target to JC Pennys/Sears/Mervyn's in USA); Couture (Named designers lines for mid-scale to high-mid-scale shops like Macy's and Saks 5th Ave in USA) & High Couture (Chanel, Y st. L, Gautier, Viv Westwood)?

Clothing articles can certainly transform themselves over history. Hose (with codpieces!) to breeches to pantaloons to pants over a 1000 years. Each item was tha bomb in its historical period.

I think this is a good start, and is definitely an interesting domain. I don't know much about the ins and outs of this domain, although I am a life-long clothes-wearer. But I wonder if there is more structure that can be added to these types, so that they serve as more than just labels on topics. One I can think of would be to link designers to brands and brands to companies. I also wonder if there's really a difference between clothing style and historical clothing style; linking style to historical period might remove the need to have two different types here. I also think that "garment" could be made a bit more complex -- "T-shirt" is a type of "shirt"; "track suit" is composed of "trousers" and a "jacket".
