Vernon L Irvin (born 1962 near Pittsburgh) is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for XM Satellite Radio. He previously held positions at MCI (where he was key in creating the "Friends & Family" package); and latterly VeriSign, where he became known as the "Ringtone Czar" for creating Jamster and doubling the revenues of the corporation in his two year tenure.
