Chandramukhi (Tamil: சந்திரமுகி) is a 2005 Indian musical, horror, comedy directed by P. Vasu and produced by Ramkumar Ganesan of Sivaji Productions. It is the remake of the Kannada language film, Apthamitra, which itself was based upon a Malayalam film, Manichitrathazhu, which starred Mohanlal.
