Chapter Two is a play written by Neil Simon. The play tells the story of a man whose first wife's death interferes with his starting a new relationship. It was adapted for the screen by Neil Simon and made into a film in 1979 starring James Caan, Marsha Mason, Joseph Bologna and Valerie Harper. It was directed by Robert Moore. Marsha Mason was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress for her role in the film.
