Christine Cavanaugh (born 1963 in Utah) is an American voice actress who has a distinctive speaking style and has provided the voice for a large range of cartoon characters. She is best known as the voice of Chuckie Finster on Rugrats and for being the original voice of Dexter on Dexter's Laboratory. She retired from voice acting for personal reasons in 2001.
