David Morrissey (born 21 June, 1964) is an award-winning English actor.
Morrissey, the youngest of four children, was born in Knotty Ash, Liverpool, England. He was raised by his mother, who worked at the Littlewoods catalogue company, after his father, a shoe repairman and key cutter, died when Morrissey was fourteen.
He made his television debut in 1983, after training with Everyman's Youth Theatre in Liverpool, and went on to train at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA). At the 2004...
