De Woude (52°33′N 4°46′E / 52.55, 4.767) is a town in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Castricum, and lies about 9 km south of Alkmaar. Until January 1, 2002, De Woude belonged to the municipality of Akersloot.
The statistical district "De Woude" has a population of around 140. This includes the hamlet Stierop, south of the village of De Woude.
