Derrick Green (born January 20 1971) is the vocalist for the metal band Sepultura, whom he joined on the departure of their previous vocalist Max Cavalera in 1997.
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Derrick was a singer for thrash metal/hardcore band Outface (with guitarist Charlie Gerriga of CIV, and Frank Cavanagh of Prong and Filter among others), Krop Acid and several other hardcore bands of which Alpha Jerk was his latest band.
