FeardotCom is a 2002 horror film directed by William Malone. Four people died mysteriously in New York City and the only connection is the fact that all of them died within 48 hours of logging on to "feardotcom.com", a website that depicts voyeuristic torture murder. Detective Mike Reilly teams up with Steve Gouin, a Department of Health researcher, to uncover the cause behind the unexplained deaths. They discover that it is evil, vengeful spirits. Steve Gouin eventually gets really scared and decides he cannot help with the case. Later on he logs onto the website and dies a gruesome death. It won the "Worst Film" at the 2003 Dallas-Fort Worth Film Critics Association Awards and "Grand Prize of European Fantasy Film in Silver" at 2003 Fantafestival. It was nominated for "Grand Prize of European Fantasy Film in Gold" at the 2004 Amsterdam Fantastic Film Festival and "Best Film" at the 2002 Catalonian International Film Festival.
