Francis Capra is of Sicilian heritage. He is not related to director Frank Capra. He began his acting career in 1993 with A Bronx Tale. He played the recurring character of Eli "Weevil" Navarro on the critically acclaimed TV series Veronica Mars and had a small guest role on The O.C..
