Grevena (, Grevená, ) is a prefecture in Greece. Its capital is the city of Grevena. Much of the prefecture is mountainous. According to the 2001 Greek census, Grevena is the least densely populated and third-least populous prefecture (after Lefkada and Evrytania) in Greece. It was created in 1967 out of the old Grevena-Kozani prefecture in which the capital was Kozani.
