Herr Kleiser is a fictional character in the Ultimate Marvel Universe and is an enemy of the Ultimates. He first appeared in The Ultimates (vol. 1) # 10. Kleiser was a high ranking member of the alien hierarchy known as the Chitauri, and was part of a group who infiltrated Earth during World War II.
