Ian Hart (born October 8, 1964) is an English actor.
Hart was born in Liverpool, Merseyside, England, the grandson of Irish immigrants. One of three siblings, he was raised in a Catholic family and attended Cardinal Allen Grammar School (now called Cardinal Heenan Catholic High School) in Liverpool. He subsequently studied drama at Liverpool's Mabel Fletcher College of Music and Drama (now no longer existing).
