Jeffrey Jason Garcia (born February 24, 1970 in Gilroy, California) is an American football quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League. Garcia's professional career began in the CFL before signing with the San Francisco 49ers and starting for them at quarterback for five seasons (1999-2003).
