KCMD (970 AM) is a radio station located in Downtown Portland, Oregon and is a owned by CBS Radio. In 2005 after the flip of the city's Hot Talk station, MAX 910, to oldies, CBS Radio saw an opportinity to re-tool KCMD, to appeal to a larger audience. As a result, KCMD began to broadcast major syndicated programs, including The Tom Leykis Show and Don and Mike that had been previously broadcasted by MAX910.
