Llandaff (Welsh Llandaf llan church + Taf) is a district in the city of Cardiff, Wales, having been incorporated into the city in 1922, and is also the see of a diocese of the Church in Wales, covering the most populous area of South Wales. Most of the history of Llandaff centres on the cathedral. The date of the moving of the cathedra to Llandaff is disputed, but the fabric dates from the 13th century.
