Lorena Alice Hickok (March 7, 1893 – May 1, 1968) was an American journalist and confidant of Eleanor Roosevelt. Her relationship with Roosevelt has been the subject of research and it is not universally accepted by historians that the two were romantically connected. Lorena Hickok was born in East Troy, Wisconsin in Walworth County. She helped Harry Hopkins with some fact finding missions during the New Deal.
