Marton Csokas (pronounced Cho-Kash [maːɾton tʃoːkaːʃ]; born June 30 1966) is a New Zealand actor. He is known internationally for his role as Celeborn in the films The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring and The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King. He has also made numerous appearances in Xena: Warrior Princess as Xena's past love and ally, Borias, and Khrafstar. Csokas was born in Invercargill, New Zealand.
