Milton Stegall (born January 25, 1970 in Cincinnati, Ohio), nicknamed Turtle Man (because of the shape he is in), Milt Stegall the Touchdown Beagle, "Quatre-Vingt-Cinq" and 'Chocolate Milt' is a Canadian Football League slotback for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
