On November 8, 2006 Sybase acquired Mobile 365, Inc., (which it renamed Sybase 365, Inc.), a privately held mobile messaging and content delivery company. In June 2006, it acquired Solonde AG, a privately held company. In October 2006 Sybase acquired certain assets of iFoundry, a privately held company.
