Tobin Bell (born August 7 1942) is an American film and television actor. He is best and widely known as John Kramer/Jigsaw in all the Saw franchises.
Bell was born in Queens, New York and raised in Weymouth, Massachusetts. His mother, Eileen Bell, is a British-born actress.
