Vivian Dorraine Liberto (April 23, 1934 – May 24, 2005) was the first wife of country music singer Johnny Cash, mother of singer/songwriter Rosanne Cash and the woman who inspired the song, "I Walk the Line". Liberto met Cash on July 18,1951 at a roller skating rink in San Antonio, Texas three weeks before the Air Force deployed him to Germany and while she was a high-school senior at St. Mary's Catholic school.
