Jetsun Jamphel Ngawang Lobsang Yeshe Tenzin Gyatso (born Lhamo Döndrub 6 July 1935 in Qinghai), is the 14th Dalai Lama. He is head of the Tibetan Government in Exile in Dharamsala, India. Tibetans traditionally believe him to be the reincarnation of his predecessors.
