Richard Darryl Zanuck (born December 13, 1934) is an Academy Award-winning American film producer.
Born in Los Angeles, California, he is the son of Darryl F. Zanuck, the famed head of Twentieth-Century Fox studios. While studying at Stanford University, Richard began his career in the film industry working for the Twentieth-Century Fox story department.
