Peter R. Hunt (born March 11, 1925 in London - died August 14, 2002) was a famed and innovative English film editor unafraid to challenge conventional wisdom. He created or at least greatly enhanced much of the exciting action in the early James Bond films with his innovative editing style. He has performed various other roles on movie sets having begun in the industry as "Clapper-boy" and ending as a respected and beloved director.
