Judgment

Judgment is the 19 episode of Season 2 of Star Trek: Enterprise which originally aired on April 9, 2003. Captain Archer is tried at a Klingon tribunal for attacking a Klingon ship and inciting a rebellion. Later, in his cell, Archer is visited by Phlox, who gives the captain an update that diplomacy is well under way. Archer tells Phlox to ferry the message that no matter what the outcome, T'Pol will leave and keep the Enterprise crew safe. In court, the prosecutor, Orak, faces off against Archer's advocate, Kolos -- Archer is not supposed to speak. Orak brings forth Captain (now second weapons officer) Duras to testify.
