Joe Frank Burns (born September 15, 1979 in Thomasville, Georgia) is an American football running back in the National Football League with the Buffalo Bills.
Burns attended Thomas County Central High School in Georgia. He was a four-year letterwinner in football, and also won two varsity letter in track.
