Nicktoons Unite! (known as SpongeBob SquarePants and Friends: Unite! in Europe) is a video game featuring Danny Phantom (the titular character from the TV series), SpongeBob SquarePants (the titular character from the TV series), Timmy Turner (from The Fairly OddParents), and Jimmy Neutron (from The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius) along with their respective arch-enemies like Vlad Plasmius, Sheldon J. Plankton, Denzel Q. Crocker, and Professor Finbarr Calamitous. The gameplay of the console versions is quite similar to X-Men Legends albeit more simplistic (obviously due to the fact that it was geared towards a younger audience) and with a larger emphasis on puzzles.
When Professor Finbarr Calamitous steals Jimmy Neutron's plans for the "Universe Portal Machine" (in GBA version "Neutronic Reality Projector"), he constructs his own version of the device to recruit an inter-dimensional band of Villains made up of Vlad Plasmius, Sheldon J. Plankton, and Denzel Q. Crocker....
