.45 is an independent 2006 dark comedy/thriller starring Milla Jovovich, Angus Macfadyen, Aisha Tyler and Stephen Dorff. Gary Lennon, whose last feature was 1995's Drunks, wrote and directed the film. Variety describes the film as a "doublecross pic set in the underworld of Hell's Kitchen." .45 was released theatrically in Greece, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, and Mexico. Set in New York's Hell's Kitchen during the 1970s, the film revolves around a couple involved in small-time crime. After Big Al (Macfadyen), a gun and drug-dealer, abuses his girlfriend, Kate (Jovovich), one too many times, she uses her beauty to seduce her friends into framing him for murder.
