Kevin Allen (born September 15 1962, Swansea, Wales) is an actor, film director and film producer. In 1997, he directed the Welsh black comedy Twin Town and has also directed The Big Tease plus Agent Cody Banks 2:Destination London. He is the younger brother of comedian Keith Allen and uncle of pop singer Lily Allen.
