In the 3rd quarter of 2018, Zentek Corporation has been teetering on the edge of financial disaster. Zentek's CEO, Georg Bricker made the intention to cut the corporation's losses and allow dataDyne, the largest and leading hypercorp in the world, to perform a merger with his corporation. He seriously believed that dataDyne will be able to preserve Zentek's assets and interests but still allow the hypercorp to profit from its products. In January 2020, Bricker sent a worded letter to dataDyne's CEO Zhang Li of this intention, which Zhang Li immediately accepted his proposal and prepared for the inevitable merge between the 2 corporations.
