Mike McGee (born December 1, 1938) is a former football player and college administrator. He was an All-American at Duke University and won the Outland Trophy, given to the nation's best interior lineman in 1959. After retiring from the St. Louis Cardinals he became head coach at East Carolina, and Duke University. In 1970, he coached at East Carolina, where he compiled a 3-8 record.
