Ardmore Studios is a film studio in Bray, County Wicklow, Ireland which was opened by the Minister for Industry and Commerce Seán Lemass on May 12 1958.
In July 2008, Kevin Moriarty, Ardmore Studios boss, criticised Irish movies saying that: "there is an absence of a core structure, a surface (even superficial) storyline that allows the audience to navigate its way."
