The West Coast League (WCL) is an independent summer baseball league founded in 2005, comprising teams from Washington, Oregon, and British Columbia. The league is designed to develop college talent. As such, only current college players are allowed to participate in the league.
The WCL season runs from mid-June to mid-August, with each team playing 42 games (three at home and on the road against every other team in the league). For the 2007 season, the league adopted a new two-division format....
