Would a Dated Money Value be more appropriate to Cover Price? I remember the constant price increases in comic books when I was a kid :)

Oddly, both "money value" and "dated money value" include a way to enter the date (the only difference is that for "dated money value", the date is a disambiguator), so you can enter the date if you want to. But since the periodical issue already includes the date (sometimes even to the day), we actually know with great precision the date of the currency's value, so I don't think it's necessary to explicitly ask for it.
