Dreamfall Chapters is the upcoming sequel to the adventure games The Longest Journey and Dreamfall. On 1 March 2007, it was announced that unlike its predecessors, it will be released in episodic format. The game is being developed by Funcom and designed by Ragnar Tørnquist, who stated that episodic format goes perfectly with his plans for the continuation of the story.
