Charles E. Rounds, Jr., (born 1947) is an American lawyer, professor of law at Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, and author of works including Loring: A Trustee’s Handbook. Charles Rounds attended Philips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts from 1960 to 1964 and Gresham's School, in Holt, England from 1964 to 1965 as part of an English-Speaking Union exchange scholarship.
