Ganesh is a serial Entrepreneur with four successful ventures in the last 23 years.

He is currently CEO and Founder of TutorVista (www.TutorVista.com ) - a new consumer Internet company in education services space that aims to bring twenty first century technology to education space by combining content, scientific pedagogy and on-line teaching. Launched in November 2005, the company raised series A and Series B funding of over $15 Mn and caters to students in US and UK and employs over 500 people across India.

He is also non-executive Chairman, investor and advisor in a Data Analytics BPO firm (www.marketics.com) that does high end marketing analytics work for Fortune 100 companies in US. The company in March 2007 was acquired by NYSE listed WNS.

He is also on the board of a premier Automotive Design & prototyping services company in India. He is in the panel of Venture Advisors of UTI Venture funds and a charter member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs).

His last venture, CustomerAsset was started in mid 2000 with funding from SoftBank and Newscorp to address the international Call Center/BPO Sector. The company won the STPI Karnataka's �Best Software Exporter Award" within two years of inception for being the second largest exporter in the SME category. In May 2002, ICICI (NYSE listed, India's largest bank) acquired CustomerAsset for over $22 Mn. Post acquisition, Ganesh headed the Contact Center Business as President, ICICI OneSource handling over 4000 people and annual revenue of $ 30 Mn. The company now renamed FirstSource, is publicly listed in India.

As his first entrepreneurial venture, in 1990 he co-promoted IT&T, which is today a publicly listed IT company. In his eight years at IT &T as Founder & CEO he played a major role in making the company one of India's top multi-vendor IT Service & Support companies and a premier Network Systems Integrator, with 400 employees and 16 offices. IT&T focused on providing Technical Support Call Center services to clients in US & UK till the business was sold to iGate (a listed company) in 2003.

Apart from founding and successfully growing the three ventures, Ganesh has worked as CEO of Bharti British Telecom - a British Telecom JV in India and in HCL Ltd., where he held several key managerial positions.

Ganesh is a post-graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, one of India's premier management institutions. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi University. Ganesh is part of the visiting faculty at leading management institutes and a popular speaker on topics like Entrepreneurship, Fund Raising, Venture Capital and Building and scaling green field ventures.
