Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a subsidiary of the Danaher Corporation, is a leading producer of gas pumps and other fuel industry hardware along with Point of Sale systems. Headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, they employ approximately 4,000 people around the world. Founded in 1865 by Charles Gilbert and John Barker.
