Maurice Patton (born in Leeds) was a soccer player during the late 1940s and early 1950s in the League of Ireland. Patton was an inside right who started his career at Home Farm F.C. before moving on to Grangegorman and to Shamrock Rovers F.C.. He signed for Bohemians in 1952 and spent 2 seasons at Dalymount Park making 27 appearances in all competitions and scoring 4 goals. full article at wikipedia
