Insurance veteran Steve Holcomb founded Full
Capture Solutions in 2004 and currently serves as President and Chief
Executive Officer. Steve started Full Capture Solutions to provide his
peers in the insurance industry with a new technology that has a
material impact on the management of total loss cost. Recognizing the
transformative role that predictive analytics played in providing
critical business intelligence for other industries, Steve saw an
opportunity to use his depth of knowledge in insurance to transfer this
technology into the insurance sector and adapt it to find the untapped
intelligence buried in insurance companies’ massive stores of data.
Steve
has a long track record of being on the forefront of developing trends
in the insurance industry. Prior to starting Full Capture, Steve was
President of Trumbull Services, LLC. During his four-year tenure there,
he was credited with transforming the company from an "up-and-comer"
into a leading technology outsourcing provider in the insurance
marketplace.
Steve has
also served as Senior Vice President of Specialty Risk Services, Inc. -
one of the largest third party administrators in the Property &
Casualty claim industry - and as Staff Assistant to the Chairman of the
Hartford Financial Services Group, as well as Division CFO positions at
The Hartford.
Steve holds
a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of
Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science degree from Bentley College.
