Nancy Hilker topic

As Chief Financial Officer for Danger, Nancy is responsible for all aspects of Danger's finance and administrative operations. Nancy brings over 20 years of financial experience in managing rapidly expanding technology companies.

Prior to joining Danger, Nancy was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Liberate Technologies. Nancy joined Liberate in 1997 through a merger of Navio Communications and Liberate (formerly Network Computer).  Prior to the merger, she had served as Vice President and Secretary of Navio since July 1996. While at Liberate she successfully managed their IPO in 1999 and Secondary Offering in 2000, through which Liberate raised over $400 million.

Prior to Liberate, Nancy served in a number of positions at IntelliCorp from 1991 to 1996, most recently as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. Prior to that, Nancy was a senior manager and manufacturing and high-technology specialist in the emerging business services group of Deloitte and Touche LLP.

Nancy holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
