Constance H. Williams is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania State Senate who has represented the 17th District since 2001.
Williams is the daughter of Leon Hess, late founder of the Hess Corporation and sister of John B. Hess, the current chairman of Hess Corporation. She is a 1966 graduate of Barnard College and also holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
