Disaster (skud)

This domain covers all kinds of disasters that affect people and property.  For instance, we include earthquakes, cyclones, fires, floods, and so forth.

 We realise that not all earthquakes, cyclones, etc, are disasters.  A small earthquake in an unpopulated area is not a disaster.  If you are interested in modelling those kinds of seismic events (or in the case of cyclones, meteorological events, or whatever) then it would be more appropriate to do so in a geology or meteorology domain, as those incidents are primarily of interest to specialists in those fields.

 If you have a disaster that doesn't fit one of the existing types, just type it as "disaster".  An example of this is the Boston Molasses Disaster.
